Imagine this
Your finances 24/7 on your phone. Account opening and a digital card, transfers locally and internationally, QR payments, no branches, no paperwork, no queues. This is already reality in Europe. Now it is becoming reality here as well.
For the first time in North Macedonia, electronic money institutions (EMI / digital wallets) are starting operations, a new category of companies that will completely change how people pay and use their money. Now it is your turn to define how this experience should look and feel.

Your mission
Design how people will experience Iute Pay. We do not need theories. We need a real, usable, viral, and compelling idea.
Why this matters for you
- This is not just a product. It is a new way of life.
- You are not just a participant, you are a co-creator.
- You are someone who says: this is how it should look.
- You are the generation shaping this change.
What is your task?
Build the future of Iute Pay. Design it. Prototype it. Launch it like it is real.
What you need to prepare
1. Pitch your idea in 60 seconds (team video)
Pitch your idea and explain it briefly. How would you make Iute Pay become a MUST-HAVE for Gen Z in 30 days? Show a real-life problem and solution.
Just you, your idea, and 60 seconds to convince us. Be creative, there are no rules. Sell the idea as if it is already a product: hook, problem, solution, and call to action.
We are not looking for perfection, the idea matters more than production. We are looking for an idea with potential. Make it look shareable (reel, animation, etc.).
2. PPT/PDF presentation (max. 10 slides)
Idea snapshot
- What is your idea?
- What problem does it solve?
User story
- Who is the user?
- What challenges do they face?
- How does your idea solve them?
- Make it sound real.
Mockup / Prototype
- Use Figma, Canva, or another AI design platform.
- We do not need perfection, we need to see how it looks, what the user sees, and how it is used.
Feature drop
- Propose several digital wallet features.
- Keep it simple and smart.
Go-to-market idea
- How will this become viral?
- Choose an approach: challenge, campaign, or collab.
What to focus on
- Communication concept: how to explain the digital wallet category, why users should trust it, and what is different from a bank.
- Brand and tone of voice: formal or Gen Z, formal or playful.
- Campaign ideas: Big Idea, channels (social media, outdoor, guerrilla), and key messages.
- User adoption: first-use triggers (P2P, cashback), viral loops, and referral models.
- Business logic: problem, solution, market potential, and implementation plan.
Target group and key challenges
Focus: Gen Z and young Millennials (18-35), mobile-first users who value speed, simplicity, and control. Your mission: make the product simple, relevant, and a must-have.
This is not only a business challenge. It is an opportunity to define how money will work in the future. To influence how people will pay, communicate, and trust digital financial services.
